PARKINGS: Although on-site parking isn't available, free street parking (with and without limit) surrounds the building. For city exploration, the SEPTA Market-Frankford Line at Girard Station is a quick 7-minute walk away, and SEPTA Bus Route 5 & 57 on 3rd St is conveniently located nearby for additional transportation options.

Anything in the apartment is yours to use except the room with Staff Only sign. Make yourself at home once you arrive. For smart TV, feel free to log into the apps with your own login and enjoy!

Location

Northern Liberties, the home of Locale Palette NoLibs, has shed the label “up-and-coming” and undoubtedly arrived. This former manufacturing district first started turning heads in the early ’90s when a progressive, artist-heavy flock migrated north from Old City, lured by the neighborhood’s inherent charm. Whether you prefer to be close to the friendly local spots or have an easy commute to Downtown Philly, there's no denying that the stay in the neighborhood is an incredible choice.

PARKING
No dedicated parkings at this property! Please plan accordingly when traveling with cars.

ROOFTOP
Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited on the rooftop. The outdoor spiral staircase can be steep and may require extra caution.

BASEMENT TOILET
We use Upflush Toilet at basement bathroom. It’s designed for a toilet below the sewer line. Due to its unique design and its tiny discharge pipe, it cannot handle toilet papers or any sanitary items. Must dispose all items in the trash bin.

PET
Pet owners must disclose pet information prior to booking. Pet fee is $150 per stay (non-refundable).

GUEST VERIFICATION
All bookers are required to complete Truvi's verification and damage protection program (previously Superhog). This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. As part of the guests validation process, there’s an option for you to choose;

(1) Traditional deposit option of refundable $500 (plus $15 non- refundable handling charge) paid by the guest
(2) Damage Waiver option of $45 non-refundable fee
