Step right outside to find a variety of bars and restaurants. This guest room with shared bath nestled within a two-bedroom unit. Located on the second floor of a historic pre-war walk-up building. You're welcome to make coffee, cook light meals using provided spices and oil, or unwind by watching TV in the living area. A wash dryer are available right in front of the unit when needed for a fee.

The space

This apartment is situated on the second floor (accessible by stairs) and features windows in the living room and bedroom, allowing natural light to filter in. The apartment, though petite!!!, embraces a charming terracotta theme.

You're welcome to make coffee, cook light meals using provided spices and oil, or unwind by watching TV in the living area. For added convenience, a wash dryer are available right in front of the unit when needed. The room decor strikes a balance between simplicity and earthy elegance, providing comfort and style in equal measure. Both the bedroom and bathroom exhibit tasteful design within their compact spaces.

Guests can spend time in both living area and bedroom. Printer can be used free of charge as per request. You will need the laundry card for the washer dryer which will be charged per load. Please noted that you will be sharing the bathroom with me.

On weekends, the area comes alive with bustling street markets and a lively nightlife scene, making it a captivating destination for both residents and visitors. MAY EXPERIENCE HIGH NUMBER OF HOMELESS PEOPLE IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD.

Beverage (e.g. sparkling water, beer, wine) is available for purchase. 

Important: We use our own guest screening and damaged deposit program through SUPERHOG Know Your Guest. It is a safety measure that will ensure that damages and lost items can be taken care of. As part of the guests validation process, we’ll enable you two options;

(1) Traditional deposit option of refundable $500 (plus $15 non- refundable handling charge) paid by the guest
(2) Damage Waiver option of $45 non-refundable fee to put in place a $500 damage waiver
