UNIT: Our one-bedroom suite is furnished with high quality brand furnishings and bespoke millwork. It has a comfortable king bed, non-allergic pillows, dedicated working space, full kitchen, rainforest shower, outdoor patio, and everything you need to enjoy your stay in the local neighborhood and Philadelphia. In the kitchen, you'll find stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee machine, and all cooking essentials (even spices and oil!!) to cook meals for a relaxing night in. Washer, dryer, laundry detergent, iron+iron board, are available inside the apartment. SIDE YARD: Please note that the side yard on the left and right sides belong to the other owner. It may not look the prettiest but we will do what we can to tidy up. The unit has a private balcony that looks out to the neighbor's yard.* PARKING & TRANSPORTATION: This suite DOES NOT include parking but free street parking is usually available in front of the building and around the block. Please watch for signage as you will be towed for parking in unauthorized areas. SEPTA Market-Frankford Line at Berk Station is only a 3-minute walk.
